This page explains current product behavior in plain language. Sensitive listening data is not used socially until you enable the relevant sync and visibility controls.

DEFAULT POSTURE

Only the data we need, only the visibility you allow.

Separate sync permissions

Favorites, playlists and listening history can each be enabled independently.

Profile visibility

Top artists, recent listening, now playing and follow counts use separate controls.

Secure sessions

Web sessions use secure cookies; Windows stores the session in the operating system credential vault.

Export and deletion

Account data can be exported from the web panel and deleted after reauthentication.

Account identity

Email, username and display name for sign-in, profiles and account recovery.

Profile media

Uploaded avatar and banner, shown with the visibility you choose.

Music data

Selected favorites, playlists and listening events for sync, stats and permitted social features.

Device records

Device name, platform and last access, so you can inspect and revoke connected devices.

Security events

Sign-in and sensitive action timestamps, so unusual account activity is visible to you.
